Vor dem Verkleben unbedingt mit einem speziellen PVC-Reiniger (z.B. ADECO CLEANER 264 - Artikel-Nr.: 1.0207.05026.00000) reinigen.
Anschließend geben Sie etwa 6 – 8% Aktivator dem Kleber bei und vermischen Sie dies gleichmäßig.
Die Mischung hat eine Haltbarkeit von bis zu 3 Stunden und muss innerhalb dieser Zeit verarbeitet werden.
Die Klebstoffmischung wird auf beide Oberflächen aufgetragen
Nach 20 Minuten ein weiteres Mal einstreichen.
Reaktivieren Sie den Klebstoff mit heißer Luft, z.B. mit einem Fön oder Infrarotlampe.
Pressen Sie beide erwärmten Teile direkt zusammen.
Die endgültige Haltbarkeit ist nach etwa 72 Stunden erreicht.
