Die Eltern des aktuellen Winzers ließen sich 1943 im Weiler Annunziata nieder und riefen eine Weinherstellungsphilosophie ins Leben, die auch heute noch vorherrscht: Die Qualität steht im Mittelpunkt, während die Traditionen beibehalten werden. Mit einem Respekt für das Land, auf welchem sie die Trauben anbauen, und für die Geschichte derjenigen, die vor ihnen Wein hergestellt haben, streben sie danach, klassische und zugängliche Weine herzustellen. Der reichhaltige Lehmboden und die Höhe ermöglichen es, Barolo und Weine im Barolo-Stil mit einer milden und duftigen Eigenschaft herzustellen. Die Trauben für ihren Langhe Nebbiolo stammen von ihren jüngeren Weinbergen, die nach Südosten gerichtet sind. Benachbarte Trauben werden verwendet, um Barolo herzustellen. Im Vergleich zu dem Barolo, der von der gleichen Weinernte hergestellt wurde, geht der Langhe Nebbiolo durch eine kürzere Periode des Mazerierens und er wird auch nicht in Holz gealtert. Verglichen mit dem Barolo führt dies zu einerkräftigeren und frischeren Nebbiolo Art. Auf dem Bouquet finden leuchtenden Kirscharomen und feine Noten von Waldblumen zusammen. Der Gaumen weist die rote Frucht auf und die leuchtende Säure bietet eine erfrischende Ausgewogenheit. Das Fehlen der Eichenalterung ermöglicht den Fruchtnoten erst richtig, durchzukommen, ohne von Holztanninen überdeckt zu werden. Wenn Sie den Wein zum Essen servieren, ziehen sie Fleischeintöpfe auf Tomatenbasis mit italienischen Gewürzen in Betracht. Großmutters frisch zubereitete Fleischsoße wäre perfekt.Shipping Notes

A decent read, it wrestles a bit with a couple of different topics of anxiety, racism, family dynamics, sports, and friendship in fits and bursts. I guess my main critique was it felt a bit shallow (no pun intended) with most issues resolved rather quickly and easily once characters put their minds to it. The Hollyhoke's team also seemed to be pretty toxic making it a wonder why someone would want to go there other than that it's wealthy.

I really enjoyed this book of short stories
Format: Paperback
I loved this book. It was the first time
I ever read anything by Simone De Beauvoir.
It is difficult but I think the title story
was my favorite, watching the character go
down hill so rapidly and in such detail
showing her growing obession was oddly
relatable, her self hatred towards her body
towards the end of the story
I would not try and presume to state what the
"moral" of the story was... but that is exactly what I am
going to do about now
check it....................
I think that the main Character should have
developed a concept of self outside her marriage
her marriage was her identity and when that fell
apart she had nothing...no sense of self
it was a compelling read a little uncomfortable
but I like being a littel uncomfortable when I read............

Breath taking novel
Format: Kindle
I am not a fan of both fiction and non-fiction novels, my English is pretty bad as well. yet, here I am, and I'm planning on reading more in the future only because of this book. It's heartbreaking and breathtaking at the same time. Not saying the book is beautiful or any like that, but you will find yourself in a painful place when you read this. A painful feeling which makes you feel like you got stabbed in the heart but all the air in your lung is stuck out, no voice screams out and you can’t do anything with it.

Strong story, Weak book spine

The book itself was wonderful. Otherwise the physical structure of the book is weak and the pages began to fall off the spine reading halfway into the book. Recommend the book, and recommend another physical copy of the book.
