Die A-2 von DOUBLE HELIX ist eine eigenständige Interpretation des Klassikers. Statt glattem Leder setzt sie auf französisches Pferdeleder in Suede-Optik – weich, dicht und mit lebendiger Oberfläche. Klarer Schnitt, perfekte Proportionen, in Zusammenarbeit mit Burg & Schild entwickelt und exklusiv nur hier erhältlich.

Vorbild ist die Type A-2 Rough Wear 23380, einer der legendären Kontrakte von Rough Wear für die US Air Force. Entwickelt in den 1940er-Jahren, vereint die Jacke klare Linien, robuste Verarbeitung und den Pioniergeist der frühen Luftfahrt.

Das 0,8 mm dicke Suede wurde für Alltagstauglichkeit mit einem leichten wasserabweisenden Finish versehen. Die weiche, leicht unregelmäßige Oberfläche fängt Licht und Schatten ein, entwickelt im Tragen Patina und macht jede Jacke einzigartig.
