Inmitten des schmucken Dorfkernes von Fläsch hantiert Heinz Kunz seit 2020 emsig in Hof und Weinkeller, wo er an den feinen Tropfen tüftelt und an Ideen rumspinnt. Die etwas über 3 Hektar Rebland in Fläsch und Maienfeld werden biologisch und händisch bewirtschaftet. Der Betriebsname ist dem Fläscher Quartiersträsschen St. Luzi entlehnt, das den Weinbau beheimatet und im Dorfe seit jeher Gatluzi genannt wird.
