Der Pfannen Deckel hat auf der Innenseite Spikes, sodass sich Feuchtigkeit sammelt und auf die Zutaten zurückfällt. Dadurch wird Ihr Gericht kontinuierlich befeuchtet und bleibt extra zart und saftig. Diese Schmorpfanne wurde einer Wärmebehandlung unterzogen, die die Steakpfanne rost- und kratzfest macht. Der Tiegel hält hohen Temperaturen stand und eignet sich daher sehr gut zum Backen oder Anbraten von Fisch und Fleisch, zum Grillen von Gemüse oder zum Zubereiten eines leckeren Sandwiches.
