Die MICRO SWISS Düse ist eine hochwertige RepRap-Düse, die aus einem 360 Brass-Basismaterial gefertigt und mit einer TwinClad XT-Beschichtung versehen ist. Diese spezielle Nickel-Verbundbeschichtung wurde entwickelt, um eine extrem niedrige Reibung zu gewährleisten. Sie bietet einen der niedrigsten Reibungskoeffizienten und übertrifft damit herkömmliche Nickel-Beschichtungen mit PTFE-Co-Deposit. Darüber hinaus ist die Beschichtung sehr hart und abriebfest, was die Lebensdauer Ihrer Düse erheblich verlängert, insbesondere wenn Sie mit abrasiven Materialien wie Carbonfaser, Edelstahl, Holzfüllungen oder anderen metallgefüllten Filamenten arbeiten.
