Die Stabilitätstrainer von TheraBand werden zur Verbesserung von Gelenk- und Rumpfstabilität (Haltung) eingesetzt, um Bewegungsmuster zu verbessern und somit das Sturz- und Verletzungsrisiko zu reduzieren. Die Stabilitätstrainer eignen sich zum Stabilisations-, Gleichgewichts- und Propriozeptionstraining in Prävention, Rehabilitation und Sport. Mittels höherer Anforderung an die Haltemuskulatur können die TheraBand Stabilitätstrainer herkömmlichen Übungen neuen Schwung verleihen.
Die TheraBand Stabilitätstrainer verfügen über eine Anti-Rutsch-Oberfläche und eignen sich ideal für Balance-Training und Rehabilitation der unteren Extremitäten.
Verfügbare Härtegrade:
- Fest (grün) = leicht: Senioren, Menschen mit motorischen Schwächen, Sturzprävention/Rehabilitation
- Weich (blau) = schwer: normal trainierte Menschen, Wiedereinsteiger, Rehabilitation, allgemeines oder sportartspezifisches Gleichgewichtstraining
- Labil (schwarz) = extra schwer: koordinativ trainierte Menschen, Koordinationstraining, sensomotorisches Training (genoppte Seite)

I almost hesitated on buying this due to some of the bad reviews. However, I was able to get these for about $14 so I took the chance. Glad I did. Those bad reviews must be from a bad batch or just picky-negative-never-satisfied people. This beef jerky is on point: looks , smell and tastes good. Simple, clean ingredients. I’m an Iron Worker and I eat these during coffee as a light snack 4 energy. It’s comparable to old trapper and might be my go to if the price is right.

Not a good taste

The texture of the beef is very chewy. It does have heat to it but I was not a fan of the flavor. I don't know if it was because of grass fed beef or if it was the actual flavor. I would not buy again.

Delicious! I was worried it would be too spicy but while it is definitely spicy it is not so much so that it is unpleasant. Just enough to keep me from overindulging - a few pieces at a time is just right.
