Recoup of purchase price was worth it.
I was refunded the original purchase price of a HP Printer. Minus the cost of the insurance and packing I was only out half the original cost which in the long run is a win.

I have always purchased Asurion and they have always come through
Asurion really came through for me when I had an issue with my Canon printer. The process was smooth and easy from start to finish. The only small challenge was finding a box big enough to ship the printer, but once I had that, I just attached the label they sent and dropped it off at UPS.
They kept me updated by email every step of the way, and after inspecting the printer, they determined it couldn’t be fixed. The next day, I received a full reimbursement. Excellent communication and great service all around!

Asurion was great. After a few simple questions about what was going on with the unit, they issued a mailing label. Within 3 days of receiving the faulty unit they issued an Amazon gift card for the original purchase price.
