Der Splitter ist in Schwarz und montagebereit. Es sind keine zusätzlichen Arbeiten notwendig, da er nicht mehr lackiert werden muss. Der Splitter senkt die Frontstossstange optisch (je nach Modell) um 3-5 cm und verbessert die Aerodynamik des Fahrzeugs.

Gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr kann man einen roten oder weissen Streifen zur eigenständigen Montage wählen. Wenn der Streifen nicht gewählt wird, wird die Sendung ohne Streifen verschickt.

Das Produkt besteht aus ABS-Kunststoff, der speziell für den Einsatz in der Automobilindustrie hergestellt wurde. ABS wird von den Fabriken für die Produktion von Stossstangen und anderen Karosserieteilen eingesetzt. ABS-Produkte zeichnen sich durch erhöhte Festigkeit und Flexibilität aus.
