Der anpassungsfähige TERRA B® Tourniquet Pouch, hier in der Farbe Black erhältlich, dient zur Aufnahme eines CAT-Tourniquets oder eines TQs mit ähnlichen Massen (z.B. SAM® XT). Gefertigt aus robust-elastischem Polyester-Gummiband und leichtem CORDURA® 500 den Laminat, verfügt der TQ Pouch dank optimaler Materialausnutzung über ein sehr diskretes und flaches Design. Ein sicherer Halt des Inhalts ist gewährleistet, ohne zusätzliche Schlaufe oder Sicherheitslasche, wodurch ein sehr schneller Zugriff im Einsatz möglich ist. Die Rückseite mit Hakenklett ermöglicht eine schnelle und einfache Befestigung Westen oder Ausrüstung mit Flauschaufnahme. Eine zusätzliche Gummibandschlaufe an der Aussenseite des TQ Pouches bietet die Aufnahme eines Stiftes.
