Schluss mit Pferdehaaren in Decken, die nur einmal anprobiert wurden. Das Stay Clean Inlay von Waldhausen ist eine praktische, innovative Lösung, um Pferdedecken hygienisch und unkompliziert am Pferd anzuprobieren, ohne dass diese dabei verschmutzt oder mit Haaren bedeckt werden. Das Inlay ist bei den neuen Waldhausen Outdoordecken direkt integriert und an der Innenseite der Decke angebracht. So wird ein direkter Kontakt von Pferderücken und Decke verhindert. Endergebnis, die Decke bleibt sauber, selbst wenn sie nur einmal zur Anprobe genutzt wurde.
Wichtig ist, dass es nicht für den dauerhaften Einsatz gedacht ist, sondern lediglich zur kurzzeitigen Nutzung bei der Anprobe dient. Das Stay Clean Inlay lässt sich durch leichtes Abziehen einfach entfernen.

I wanted to educate myself on some of the issues that are presented in this book. If you're looking for just factual case-law and supreme court decisions this is not the book you're looking for. This book presents the cases in a story and gives a lot of detail about what went on in the lives of the people involved in these lawsuits outside of the courtroom. The only thing that I wish would have been talked about in greater detail would be a more in-depth look at the opinions and reasons from the justices that were not voting in favor of the plaintiffs.

Thankfully, women no longer have to pay more for retirement plans, and get lower payouts, than men. Amazing how many different, inventive the ways were in the 1960's to keep women out of jobs. Bless Title VII and the attorneys and clients who fought these battles; we stand on their shoulders. The saddest part is the update, at the end of the book showing how protections against gender discrimination in the workplace have weakened in recent years. In particular, it has become difficult, or nearly impossible, to prove that a hostile work environment exists so long as employers pay lip service to certain ideas and practices and hide what's really going on--which we working women KNOW still goes on, unfortunately.
