Er zeichnet sich durch die Verwendung von ausschliesslich lokalen Botanicals aus, darunter Kaktusfeige, Pimientos de Padrón, frische Zitrusfrüchte und Salz aus den berühmten Salinen Ibizas. Destilliert wird in einer traditionellen Kupfer-Alambic, was dem Gin eine besondere Tiefe und Komplexität verleiht.
