Guide Roller 100x22 mm made of Polyamide 6G

The 100x22 mm guide roller made of cast Polyamide 6G (PA6G) is designed for precise guiding tasks in conveyor technology, special machinery, and intralogistics. With a load capacity of 220 kg, a bore of Ø20 mm, and a hub length of 14 mm, it is ready for immediate installation and low-maintenance. The integrated ball bearing is axially secured with a retaining ring – for continuously smooth, free-running operation even under constant load. Typical application areas include guide rollers in conveyor technology and mechanical engineering.

Construction & Material

The wheel body is precisely turned from cast Polyamide 6 (PA6G). PA6G is characterized by high wear resistance, good chemical resistance, low noise development, and electrical non-conductivity. Compared to steel rollers, the weight is significantly reduced – with equivalent load capacity. The ball bearing is axially secured by a retaining ring, allowing for easy mounting on axles or bolts without additional fastening elements.

Very Thin but NICE
This polo shirt is much thinner than expected. While the blue color is vibrant, it’s best worn with a layer underneath, such as a mock turtleneck. I recommend ordering a size up, as the viscose fabric tends to shrink more than cotton. For care, hand wash or place it in a mesh laundry bag and use a gentle cycle. Despite these considerations, the shirt is attractive and practical when properly cared for, and I may purchase another in a different color.

Truly a SLIM fit
This is DEFINITELY a slim fit. It is true to size but expect it to be fitted pretty tightly on your arms and chest. The material is some kind of stretchy woven knit but thin so good for wearing out and not sweating but because of the slim fit, the tighter arms, I would never risk a golf swing in this for fear of hulking out of the seams. The color is a very nice light blue, true to the pictures and the style is great for someone ok with showing off their body. Overall, a good fall shirt for an affordable price.
