3DLAC 3DNYLON ist ein für Hochleistungsfilamente entwickeltes Haftmittel für das Druckbett. Es wird dünn auf die Druckoberfläche aufgetragen und bildet eine haftaktive Schicht.

Das Produkt ist gezielt auf Materialien abgestimmt, die im 3D-Druck eine hohe Neigung zu Warping und Ablösung zeigen.

Welche Probleme im 3D-Druck werden gelöst

Nylon und technische Filamente neigen stark zu Warping und Kantenablösung. Das führt zu Maßabweichungen oder kompletten Druckabbrüchen.

3DLAC 3DNYLON erhöht die Haftung der ersten Schicht deutlich. Bauteile bleiben während des gesamten Druckprozesses stabil auf dem Druckbett.

Geeignete Druckoberflächen und Materialien

Das Haftmittel ist für glatte Druckoberflächen wie Glas, beschichtete Druckplatten und geeignete Metalloberflächen ausgelegt.

Es wird insbesondere für Nylon, PA-basierte Filamente sowie faserverstärkte Materialien eingesetzt.

3DLAC 3DNYLON wird in dünner Schicht auf das saubere Druckbett aufgetragen. Eine gleichmäßige Verteilung reicht für eine zuverlässige Haftung aus.

Nach dem Abkühlen des Druckbetts lässt sich das Bauteil kontrolliert lösen. Rückstände können mit Wasser entfernt werden.
