Herkunft / Lage / Vinifikation

Die Lage Rauenthaler Baiken zählt zu den ikonischen Steillagen des Rheingaus. Schiefer, Quarzit und karge Böden prägen eine eigenständige, kühle Aromatik mit ausgeprägter Kräuterwürze. Die Höhenlage sorgt zusätzlich für straffe Säure und langsame Reife.
Peter Jakob Kühn arbeitet konsequent biodynamisch: selektive Handlese, Ganztraubenpressung, spontane Gärung und langes Feinhefelager. Der Ausbau betont Purismus, Herkunft und Mineralität – kein Schnörkel, kein Fett, nur kristallklare Energie.
