Eine ganze Gans wiegt erfahrungsgemäß zwischen 4,5 und 5,5 kg. Der Endpreis wird nach exaktem Gewicht berechnet, damit du nur das bezahlst, was du wirklich erhältst.

Das Fleisch wird frisch versendet, vakuumiert und ist bei einer Lagerung von ca. 4°C bis zu 8 Tage haltbar.
