Gedrehtes Edelstahl-Spurkranzrad mit aufgegossener Elastomerbandage. Der V2A-Kern trägt die Last und schützt gegen Korrosion und chemische Belastung, die PU- oder Vulkollan®-Bandage dämpft Stöße und schont die Lauffläche. Der umlaufende Spurkranz hält das Rad sicher auf der Bahn.

Laufbelag — Auswahl

Polyurethan MDI — Hochwertiges MDI-Polyurethan, abriebfest, ölbeständig und mit guter Dämpfung. Wirtschaftliche Wahl für mittlere bis hohe Belastungen in Industrie- und Lagerumgebung. Härte ca. 92 Shore A. Temperatur -20°C bis +80°C.

Vulkollan® — Premium-Elastomer von Covestro, höchste Tragfähigkeit bei elastischem Lauf, extrem abriebfest, dauerlastfähig. Erste Wahl für Schwerlastanwendungen, FTS/AGV und Anwendungen mit Dauerbetrieb. Härte ca. 92 Shore A. Temperatur -20°C bis +80°C.

Kernmaterial: Edelstahl 1.4301 (V2A)

Korrosionsbeständiger austenitischer Edelstahl 1.4301 (V2A). Für feuchte Umgebungen, Reinraum, Lebensmittelbereich, Pharmaindustrie und Außeneinsatz ohne zusätzliche Beschichtung. Säurearm beständig, gut polierbar, FDA-konform bei entsprechender Belag-Auswahl.

Typische Einsatzbereiche

Lebensmittelproduktion, Getränke- und Brauereitechnik, Pharma- und Kosmetikherstellung, Reinraumanwendungen (ISO Klasse 5–8), feuchte Lagerbereiche, Außeneinsatz an Kranschienen, sowie FTS/AGV-Systeme mit Hygieneanforderungen.

Ausführung — Auswahl

Mit Kugellager — Für mitlaufende Räder mit geringem Rollwiderstand und hoher Laufleistung. Das wartungsarme Kugellager ermöglicht leichtgängigen, gleichmäßigen Lauf auch bei Dauerbetrieb.

Mit Nabennut — Für den Einsatz als Antriebsrad. Die eingearbeitete Nabennut nimmt eine Passfeder auf und stellt eine formschlüssige, drehfeste Verbindung zur Antriebswelle her. Geeignet für angetriebene Laufwagen, Portalkrane und motorisch bewegte Fahrwerke.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character.
