Er wird nach einer Maischestandzeit von circa einer Woche abgepresst. Der noch grende Most wird dann direkt auf die Flasche gefllt, wo er unter Verschluss weitergrt und Kohlensure entstehen lsst. So entsteht eine spannende Textur und eine etwas wilde, hefige Aromatik irgendwo zwischen Schaumwein und Weiwein, urig, archaisch, geschmacklich schwer zu beschreiben. Am
Cabernet Blanc und Sauvignon Blanc liefern den Saft für diesen PetNat (Pétillant naturel). Er wird nach einer Maischestandzeit von circa einer Woche abgepresst. Der noch gärende Most wird dann direkt auf die Flasche gefüllt, wo er unter Verschluss weitergärt und Kohlensäure entstehen lässt. So entsteht eine spannende Textur und eine etwas wilde, hefige Aromatik irgendwo zwischen Schaumwein und Weißwein, urig, archaisch, geschmacklich schwer zu beschreiben. Am besten kosten Sie selbst! Da PetNat nicht wie ein Sekt degorgiert wird, bleibt die Hefe absichtlich als Trub in der Flasche.
