Die Reaktionszeit reicht vom Datum, an dem die Einheit im Repair-Center eingeht, bis zum Datum, an dem sie das Center verlässt, und umfasst nicht die Transportzeit. Der Kunde muss das Produkt im Repair-Center abgeben oder es dorthin schicken.
Epson repariert das Produkt und gibt es an den Kunden zurück oder informiert ihn über andere Schritte.
