Verzehrsempfehlung
Für 1 Portion werden 3g Pulver mit 200ml Wasser in einem Shaker gemischt und die gut geschüttelte Mischung zum Frühstück oder vor bzw. nach dem Training getrunken. ALL STARS empfiehlt die Einnahme einmal täglich über einen Zeitraum von 8-12 Wochen. Danach sollte eine vierwöchige Creatin-Einnahmepause eingelegt werden.
