Les Chaillets ist ein Einzellagen-Champagner aus Vandieres, bepflanzt 1974 von Pierre Delouvin mit einer massalen Selektion der schönsten Meunier-Reben des Weinguts. Ohne Herbizide, ohne Insektizide, ohne chemische Dünger gepflegt – ein ehrliches Abbild seines Bodens.

Vinifiziert und ausgebaut in Barriques, unfiltriert und ohne Schönung abgefüllt. Kein zugesetzter Schwefel, kein Liqueur – reine Substanz. In der Nase feine Würze und Nussigkeit, am Gaumen straff, tief und salzig. Ein puristischer Meunier-Champagner mit Charakter.
