STENK CHARDONNAY von Salurnis ein Weisswein aus Südtirol.

 

Helle strohgelbe Farbe mit goldenen Reflexen. Im Mund ist es reichhaltig, mineralisch, perfekt ausbalanciert, mit starken Noten von exotischen Früchten und Zitrusfrüchten. Gibt Schluck für Schluck ein unendliches Vergnügen mit lange anhaltenden Abgang.

Die Ernte erfolgt manuell am frühen Morgen. Sobald die Trauben im Keller ankommen, werden sie schonend ganztrauben-gepresst. Dann findet eine langsame Gärung in Tonneaux  und Barriques aus französischer Eiche statt. Zehn Monatiger Ausbau auf der Fein Hefe in Barrique und schließlich 3 Monate lang in der Flasche.
