Produktbeschreibung:

Die Rothenberger Pressbacken in bewährter Material- und Fertigungsqualität eignen sich zum systemkonformen Verpressen von Fittingen aus Metall oder Kunststoffsystemen. Mit der Anwendung eines speziellen Härtverfahrens, der DURA LAZR TEC Technologie, und der partiellen Läserhärtung, wird ein präzises und sicheres Verpressen bei gleichzeitig erhöhter Langlebigkeit ermöglicht. Die Folge ist ein minimierter Verschleiß und 100% mehr Presszyklen im Vergleich zum Vorgängermodell. Des Weiteren unterstützt ein Langzeit-Korrosionsschutz die Langlebigkeit der Pressbacken. Mit der Verwendung eines hochbelastbaren Spezialstahls, eignen sich die Pressbacken für alle Pressmaschinen mit einer axialen Schubkraft von 32 - 34 kN.

DURA LAZR TEC Verfahren - Partielles Laserhärten ermöglicht höchsten Härtegrad an hochbelasteten Stellen. Dies führt zu minimalen Verschleiß und einer hohen Konturtreue. In Kombination mit dem geschmiedeten, hochbelastbaren und flexiblen Spezialstahl erreicht die neue Pressbackengeneration eine 100% längere Langlebigkeit im Vergleich zum Vorgänger. Die 3-Bolzen Gleichlaufmechanik ermöglicht das Öffnen der Pressbacke mit einem Finger. Die präzisionsgefertigte Kontur sorgt für optimale und sichere Verpressungen.

Mit dem ROCASE-Koffer von Rothenberger spart der Installateur Zeit, da mehrere Koffer durch einfaches Verbinden gleichzeitig transportiert werden können. Außerdem bietet der ROCASE aus ABS-Kunststoff einen optimalen Schutz für die darin gelagerten Werkzeuge. Zudem sind sie optimal für den Transport verpackt. Der Koffer hat einen klappbaren Handgriff, eine Halterung für einen (nicht enthaltenen) Schultergurt und eine Öse zum Verschließen des ROCASE. Zudem ist eine Einlage für verschiedene Rothenberger-Pressbacken im Koffer enthalten.

So yeah, I think 5 - stars pretty accurately describes how I feel about my chair.
