Mackmyra Mack - Single Malt

Besonderheiten: Der Mackmyra Mack ist ein schwedischer Single Malt Whisky, der ausschliesslich aus regionalen Zutaten hergestellt wird. Die Reifung erfolgt in 200-Liter-Fässern aus amerikanischer Weisseiche, was zu einem ausgewogenen und fruchtigen Profil beiträgt.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nase: Frische Aromen von Birne, Apfel und Zitrusfrüchten, begleitet von süssen Noten von Vanille und Honig. Ein Hauch von Kräutern und milden Gewürzen aus der Rohdestillation rundet das Bouquet ab.
  • Gaumen: Die fruchtigen Noten setzen sich fort, wobei Vanille am deutlichsten hervortritt, ergänzt durch orangefarbene Zitrusnoten und Aprikose. Subtile Anklänge von Honig, Zimt und Mandeln verleihen Tiefe.
  • Abgang: Relativ kurz, mit dominierenden Aromen von Birne und Vanille. Die Eichenfass-Noten sind präsent, jedoch nicht überwältigend.
