Vinifikation: Welschriesling im neuen 1000 l Fass und Chardonnay in neuen Barriques ausgebaut sowie 20
Mittleres Gelbgold. In der Nase reife gelbe Apfelfrucht, zarter Blütenhonig, frische Beeren, zarte Holzwürze klingt an, feine Gewürz- und Röstnoten, etwas Dörrobst. Am Gaumen elegant, feine Orangenfrucht, feines Säurespiel, salzige Mineralik, fein ziselierte Stilistik, saftige Steinobstfrucht, feiner Nougat im Nachhall, sehr gutes Entwicklungspotenzial.
Vinifikation: Welschriesling im neuen 1000 l – Fass und Chardonnay in neuen Barriques ausgebaut sowie 20 Monate gelagert.
