Das SKDM 01 von LEITENBERGER ist ein analoges Messgerät zur temporären Messung des Kompressionsdrucks an Schiffsmotoren. Es wurde für den professionellen Einsatz entwickelt und eignet sich ideal für Prüf-, Diagnose- und Überwachungsarbeiten am Motor. Der gemessene Druck wird direkt über ein gut ablesbares Analogmanometer angezeigt.

Dank der robusten Bauweise und der einfachen Handhabung lässt sich das Gerät schnell an der Messstelle montieren. Nach der Messung wird das Messgerät über die integrierte Entlüftungsschraube wieder drucklos gemacht und kann anschließend sicher demontiert werden.

Ein Hinweis für die korrekte Auswertung des Messergebnisses: Zusätzlich muss der im mitgelieferten Zertifikat angegebene Druck zum abgelesenen Wert addiert werden, um den korrekten Maximaldruck des Motors zu ermitteln. So erhalten Sie einen zuverlässigen und präzisen Vergleichswert für die Beurteilung des Motorzustands.

Das SKDM 01 ist für die kurzzeitige Druckmessung ausgelegt und darf nicht dauerhaft im System verbaut werden. Mit einem Messbereich bis 250 bar, einer Genauigkeit Klasse 1.0 und einer zulässigen Medientemperatur bis 600 °C ist es optimal für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen im Bereich Schiffsmotoren geeignet.
