This version is missing song B5, "Murder By Numbers" and is a transparent cassette shell with an "R" printed on both sides in the bottom left corner. The timing window has seven circles centered horizontally across the middle. "The Police" and "Synchronicity" text on the shell has been re-typeset in a standard sans serif typeface, as opposed to the handwritten type on other versions, and is now located on the bottom half of the cassette. The program times have been moved to the upper part of the cassette. The j-card still features the song "Murder By Numbers" (see pictures).
