Super B-Complex provides full spectrum B-vitamins in bioavailable methylated forms that the body absorbs and utilises easily. Split dosing ensures that vitamins B12 and C are taken up by the body effectively, and a sustained-release matrix supports all-day nutrient coverage. Each ingredient has been selected for optimum absorption and biological activity, including folate (as methyltetrahydrofolate), methylcobalamin and pyridoxal-5-phosphate. The B-vitamins included in this formula are scientifically shown to support energy production, reduce tiredness and fatigue, support homocysteine regulation, heart health, hormonal balance and brain function, as well as protect cells from oxidative stress and boost mental performance.

Sustained-release Super B-Complex™ provides high potency, full-spectrum B-vitamins in body-ready methylated forms for enhanced absorption and longer-lasting action. B-vitamins support normal energy-yielding metabolism and contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B1 supports normal heart function. Vitamin B5 contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of some neurotransmitters and supports mental performance. Vitamin B7 supports normal psychological function.

Indication: The B-vitamins included in this formula are scientifically proven to:

Content: Each product contains either 60 or 180 tablets (depending on the size chosen), providing a 1 to 3-month supply at a daily dosage of 2 tablets.

Directions: Adults: 2 tablets daily. The daily dose may be divided between morning and evening. Children aged 11+: 1 tablet daily. Best taken with food. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Ingredients: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid, ascorbyl palmitate); bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; niacin (nicotinamide); pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate); thiamin (thiamin hydrochloride); riboflavin (riboflavin 5’-phosphate sodium); vitamin B6 (pyridoxal 5’-phosphate); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin); folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate); D-biotin; glazing agent: glycerol.

I've only had the watch for a day but wanted to leave a quick review on it to share a couple of notes. So far it keeps VERY good time, better than any of the automatics I own (including a Rolex Submariner, Tag Heuer Aquaracer, Tag Heuer Formula One, and several other sub $1k watches). I set it to an atomic time app on my phone yesterday and 24 hours later it's still SPOT on - hasn't gained/lost even a 1/10 of a second. I was shocked to see it's kept PERFECT time for the last day, I'm really blown away so far. I've worn it the entire time, we'll see how well it keeps time while being stored in a winder. This picture shown is the watch with a 22mm leather band on it, fit's without any issues (just need to squeeze in the leather a tad). I doubt it would work with a 22mm metal bracelet, but leather works great. Just FYI since the 21mm lug width is kind of odd. The face isn't quite a lustrious as the images make it look, but it's still a great-looking watch. For a sub $1000 automatic you can't go wrong, this is a fantastic watch at a great price. It'll be my daily driver for some time I'm sure. If I have any issues in the future I'll update the review.
