Extending along the James River from its junction with the Appomattox River to the Blue Ridge Mountains, Henrico was eventually subdivided into nine-and-a-half counties and three independent cities. During 1861 to 1865, 18 major battles and numerous heavy engagements were fought on Henrico soil. From the end of the Civil War until World War II, agriculture was the backbone of the county s economy. After the war, the county experienced a surge in population that resulted in the growth of service industries. Today it is a vibrant urban county."

Heavy Duty Plates That Rocks
These are very sturdy plates; you don't have to worry about them folding up on you, but you can't put too much on them either, they are small plates. They are 6 inches, but the center of the plate is 4 inches, think one burger bun size. Pretty much Tapas and snacks, these would be excellent for what they were labeled as intended for.....Birthday's, Wedding's, and Office Parties. With a 500 count you definitely would not have to worry about running out. Despite their size these are very durable plates, and you don't have to worry about throwing them in the microwave and scrapping up parts of the plate afterwards for a meal like lasagna which says a lot.
