- Apply tan to clean, dry skin
- Apply liberally rubbing thoroughly & evenly into skin in circular motions
- Take your time & take care to cover all areas
- To master application to your face, hands & feet use product left on hands after applying to limbs
- Avoid applying tan to your heels
- Wash hands thoroughly after application
- Allow tan to dry before getting dressed or hopping into bed
- Leave on for 1 hour or up to 4 depending on desired results
- Avoid products containing oil or soap that will strip tan & make it uneven and patchy. We recommend our Coconut Mint Body Wash or Foaming Body Wash

All around helpful---worth the money!

This guide has been most helpful for all the folks I help prepare for the iTEP test! It gives insight into what each section of the test is looking for along with examples and great tips about actually TAKING the test. In the Writing and Speaking sections, it also gives sample scores and comments from the Master Grader which is very helpful too.
