Change of Fortune is three years in the making, recorded while the band toured non-stop, had a few line-up changes and some soul searching. But upon listening to Change of Fortune, the wait is most certainly worth it. Soul Asylum loyalists will be happy to discover the group's trademark ragged-but-right sound is still very much intact. The heart and soul of Soul Asylum remains and they continue to produce heartfelt and passionate rock n' roll. The band currently consists of Pirner on guitar and vocals, Michael Bland on drums, Winston Roye on bass and Justin Sharbono on guitar.

Despite all the positive reviews, I believe this product is subpar. There are genuine sheep skin Hydes but this product is NOT it. There is no leather embossing showing authenticity, and many signs of strong chemical treatment. Smell is lingering and I've aired them for over two days. Not very comfortable since the fur is very thick and coarse, you would expect it to be softer for the price as well. Not premium quality. I ordered this for my children to sleep on at long evening Church services but now I will look to more niche sellers for a higher quality product.
