We recommend hand washing with a small amount of mild soap. Hand dry with a clean towel and store flat. Cutting boards made from a single piece of wood have a higher tendency to cup than boards made from multiple pieces. To reduce the chances of this, always dry right after washing, with a clean towel and store flat.
