If the item is too large or heavy to ship via UPS Ground a Common Carrier Freight will be necessary. For residential common carrier freight shipments the delivery address must be able to accommodate a freight truck or the shipment must be picked up at the local truck terminal. The buyer's daytime telephone number is required for the common carrier's paperwork as they will need a contact to arrange the delivery.
