商品名稱分別從「恵乃智」「玄乃智」「穂乃智」「中取り」的頭一個字母。各款商品的直汲版本就是「作IMPRESSION」。直汲是、搾出的酒不倒回酒桶保存、直接入樽。
「IMPRESSION-H」的「H」為「穂乃智(Ho no Tomo)」之「H」。
「IMPRESSION-H」為「穂乃智」的直汲版本的一款酒。
甜甜的酒香、味道有如在入樽前般清爽、帶著微微氣泡的口感輕快。
清水清三郎商店設定較低生產量、米總重量600kg至800kg左右。這樣的釀造方法更能觀察酒的變化、因此能造高出品質的酒。當然要花更多時間、不適合大量生產。可是這種規模的生產、易於觀察醗酵桶內麹及蒸米的状態或酵母的發酵進行情況。不止是大吟醸、所有種類的酒皆是以同樣的方式釀造。
而且一般來說、只在冬天造酒、現在一年四季都有在造酒。不計成本優化設備、而冷却設備則是採用可管理溫度較小型的、約一星期為一個造酒周期、這就是清水清三郎商店的造酒之道。

Love these socks!

The only socks I will buy

These are hands down my favorite socks to wear with tennis shoes. Bought my original 6 pack in the store, liked them so much I went buy more and they were gone. These don't slip on your heel like most socks do. Come up high enough on the top of your foot to protect from tongue rubbing (I giggled when I wrote that) and they come in fun colors. Love they are ultra no show and provide padding but people can't see them with shoes on. Five stars!
