以去年的「純青 兵庫夢錦 生酛純米大吟釀」為基礎，挑戰把酒精度降至13%。經過在麴的強度和份量、蒸米的硬度及溫度上作岀改良，再加上不加水下發酵，在重視味道之間的平衡下終成功研究岀酒精度14.2%的清酒。
使用協會9號酵母，雖然沒有特別岀眾的地方，但生酛的輕快感，以及溫醇的酸味使這款酒的完成度很高。
