This stunning and rare vintage Alberto Biasi exhibition poster was created for his retrospective at the Padiglione d'Arte Contemporanea in Ferrara from October to December 1976. As one of the greatest exponents of optical-kinetic art, Biasi was a key figure in the "programmed tendency" movement and a founding member of Gruppo N in Padua (1960).

The work depicted in this poster exemplifies the optical-dynamic effects that Biasi masterfully explored—where movement is not in the artwork itself but is created by the viewer’s shifting gaze. The interplay of color, form, and illusion makes this a remarkable representation of his artistic philosophy.

I love this shelf! It took two people to hang it and you definitely want to ensure you hit a stud on at least one side or 1-2 screws if mounting between studs. It is heavy but a single person can lift it, just not maneuver easily due to its dimensions. It has a ton of room and fits mini helmets nicely in my office. Where I mounted it made it difficult to an extent to install but if you are even somewhat handy, you’ll be fine. You absolutely need a stud finder to hang this shelf. Sorry, I’m married! I would buy this shelf, or versions of it, again. Very practical and useful to display autographs, housewares or decor. Last note: do not over tighten the poles. The wood is soft and the poles are light weight. They are not traditional black pipe and weigh far less.
