The last letter received by his parents, left him at the extreme white settlement Independence, Missouri], where they were busily occupied in making preparations for the expedition to the mountains--from whence he promised to write at short intervals; but one misfortune after another happening to the company, he was deprived of all sources of communication--so that no tidings were received of him until he unexpectedly returned to the scenes of his childhood, to the house of his father, in the fall of 1835--after an absence of 5 years and 6 months Written in response to popular demand, so to speak, Leonard's account of these years, based in large part on a minute journal of every incident that occurred, is recognized as one of the fundamental sources on the exploration of the American West. A free trapper until the summer of 1833, when he entered the employ of Captain B. L. E. Bonneville, Leonard was part of the group sent under command of Captain Joseph Walker to explore the Great Salt Lake region--an expedition that resulted in Walker's finding the overland route to California. Nice, sturdy and easy to assemble.

Worked great for our small apartment. We needed something to fit over our heater baseboard and this worked! However, we had to swap the bottoms and top side rods to fit this way, meaning instead of using the 6” rods at the bottom we put them on top and used the 12” at bottom to clear over the baseboards. Easy to assemble and matched our other larger wall shelf perfectly.

We couldn’t add built ins because of our vents so went with theses instead and they were exactly what we needed! Very durable, sturdy, and a great height! Bought one first then decided we wanted another! They look great for decorations plus for our babies toys! Comes with everything you need, drywall screws and all. Would buy another if I need it in the future!

Looks Fantastic, but you HAVE to follow the setup directions!

BLUF: I bought this for my office to display photos, awards, and such and I am very happy with the purchase.
Background: I moved into a new house and needed to organize my office. Like most people, I have a bunch of nicknacks, paperweights, and small gifts given over time. And like most people, I had no efficient nor aesthetically pleasing way to display all of the items. I didn't want a big solid bookcase, but more of a display case to show them all off. I bought this and am very happy with the results. I would suggest it to anyone, however it is not perfect.
PROS: Enough shelves with enough space to hold all of the small items that I had. It is solid if installed correctly. Additionally, it is smaller and fits flush against the wall, giving the room organization and improving it, while not overburdening it and making the room feel crowded.
CONS: The main issue is that the single bar going up through all of the shelves makes it very flimsy if you don't secure it to the wall. YOU MUST SECURE IT TO THE WALL PROPERLY!!! I cannot express that more. Once you do, it becomes a solid piece, but it will not function properly if you do not secure it at all 4 attachment points.
Overall: I would buy this again!
