The Rat SFRP4 (Secreted Frizzled Related Protein 4) ELISA Kit is a Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human SFRP1. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Human SFRP1. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Human SFRP1, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm +/- 10nm. The concentration of Human SFRP1 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

The only real negative I have is that it's whitish on top. It shows dirt kind of easily and time will tell how well it will stand to multiple washings. It's soft. It's cushy. It looks pretty descent for a dog bed. He can curl up in it nicely and relax. Basically it does what it should and he seems relatively happy to hang out on it. Now, if Amazon could make a dog bed that could actually train the dog - that would be incredible!

Abd if he eventually does dig a hole in it, ill be rebuying this same bed.
