MCU004 Remote Control for NavNet TZtouch & TZtouch2

Furuno's NavNet TZtouch and TZtouch2 Multi Function Displays have become widely utilized on a variety of helms and bridges. To enhance the various installations, Furuno has developed the MCU004, a versatile remote control unit that can be used with TZtouch and TZtouch2 units.

The MCU004 Remote Control features a large rotary knob and joystick, which can be utilized as the RotoKey on NavNet TZtouch and for zooming in/out on
both TZtouch and TZtouch2. In addition, the joystick allows you to pan around the chart and move the cursor on the screen. The remote also has dedicated buttons that operate different functions, such as Edge Swiping, Home, Stand By/Auto for Autopilot control, MOB, and Center on vessel.

For those captains that have multiple TZtouch or TZtouch2 displays on their helm or bridge, a single MCU004 can control all of the displays. With a simple press of the Active Display Button, you can switch from one display to another.

The MCU004 Remote Control is a perfect companion for any helm or bridge.
Whether you are using the TZtouch Black Box and want to mount the MCU004 in the arm of the captain_s chair, or you have a center console and want to have a remote on the transom while you are fishing, the MCU004 is an ideal solution.

Simple valet tray that finally keeps my pockets from exploding on the nightstand

This valet tray is one of those small things that makes daily life a little easier. I like the sectional layout because it gives everything its own spot instead of just tossing a pile of keys and a wallet together. The phone slot is angled so you can actually see the screen when it is sitting there, which is a nice touch. The inside lining feels soft so it helps with scratches and it also cuts down that loud clanking sound when you drop keys in it. The non slip base matters more than I expected since it keeps the tray from sliding when you grab stuff in a hurry. Size wise it fits the normal everyday carry stuff without being huge. If you want your entryway or nightstand to look less messy, this does the job.

Thoughtfully Designed Tray

Such a simple item, but Spigen was very thoughtful in some of the subtle design feature. This is not just a box with dividers. Each compartment is actually sloped, which makes grabbing an item ergonomic, allowing you to just pull something to the edge instead of the often awkward battle against the walled edges of a traditional design. Yes, it's just a tray, but I appreciate its thoughtful design.

Keep your essentials all in one place

Picked this up to declutter my nightstand and it’s honestly been a solid little upgrade. The layout is super practical, there are 4 compartments and they’re actually sized well, not just random sections. I can fit my keys, wallet, watch, and random small stuff without everything piling on top of each other. The phone slot is a nice touch too. It’s angled just enough that I can glance at notifications or watch something while it charges. Didn’t even miss having a cable hole like I thought I would. Build quality feels better than expected. It’s lightweight but still sturdy, and the outside has a clean, modern look. The inside lining is soft, so when you toss your keys or watch in, it doesn’t make that annoying clatter or scratch things up. Also appreciate the non-slip bottom, it actually stays put when you grab stuff instead of sliding all over the place. Overall, simple but well thought out. If you’re tired of your everyday carry stuff being scattered everywhere, this does the job nicely. For the price point, this is a great value 👌 👏

Spigen Modern Valet Tray

I'm a big fan of all Spigen products, I needed something to keep my nightstand as tidy as possible and took a chance with this tray, however I was a bit letdown on its quality. The tray has weird indentations on the very edge, I'm not sure if this is intended or if my product was damaged. The tray has nothing crazy going on, other than it has rubbery feet to prevent from sliding around your area. The size and fit are perfectly fine to keep my wallet, keys and headphones organized. I love the look of it, it has a great professional appearance, just a bit sad that it has those aforementioned weird markings on the edge. Tray was simple to use, nothing weird.

Soft Catch Tray

Pros: 1. Soft tray. Has almost a silicon type texture. Won’t scratch items you put in the tray. The segmented sections are the perfect size for wallet, keys, sunglasses, watches, etc. Phone section is slightly angled as well. 2. Rubber feet helps it stay in place and doesn’t slide. I have mine on top of my watch winder and it has moved even when throwing items on it. 3. Build quality is great. Has a textured hard bottom and soft inner. Everything has a nice finish. 4. Price is great for the quality received. Cons: 1. The silicon inner material is a dust magnet. Makes it difficult to keep clean. Summary: This is a great option for an organized tray. I am extremely happy with the quality and functionality of what I received. Spigen is always a great brand.
