Uncle Walt's Band has always been a hidden gem. One of those bands that, if you knew them, you loved them, but in their time, if you weren't at the right place at the right time, you didn't know about them at all. In their heyday, they were well known in their adopted home of Austin, but if you didn't get a copy of one of their albums from a band members' trunk after a gig, you didn't have anything to tide you over until their next show. An American In Texas returns nearly 40 years after it's initial release, this time on vinyl LP courtesy of Omnivore Records. Packaging contains photos and new liner notes from Austin writer Rush K Evans III, which trace the UWB story, and the reunion that resulted in this classic piece of Americana - from a time when no one had ever used the word. These balls were almost exactly what I needed. I was replacing my boy’s favorite ball, which is the 3” squeaky, spikey ball that fits in the chuck it launcher. Unfortunately I saw the shiny object next to it and because there were SIX balls and a dollar less, I failed to see that these are 3.5” balls instead of 3”…. Great balls but no fitty in the slingy. Buyer beware. No chuck it no problem. Save a buck.

MY CHIHUAHUA LOVES THESE BALLS!!

My little chihuahua, BamBam, is addicted to balls, especially little balls that squeak! However, any balls that have material on them, BamBam will tear them apart, swallow the material and then get an upset tummy! These balls saved the day! BamBam LOVES them & she cannot tear them apart! They hold up so well! No matter how much BamBam plays with them, they keep squeaking away!
