Limited vinyl LP pressing in glossy jacket including digital download. Mario Molino, one of the few composers/guitarists in the fascinating world of library music, created this original soundtrack for a documentary movie produced by RAI (the Italian national TV) that explores sci-fi environments. Molino enhanced the narrative by blending fuzzy, distorted and psychedelic sound with hammond, clavinet and electronic effects (played by himself) that converge in symphonic epochal moments. Of the eight tracks that make up the album, many are cosmic Krautrock moments. Inside was recorded in 1975 at the then renowned studies Fonit Cetra of Rome. “Tema spazio” introduces us to the ethereal galaxy before we dive into the mysterious stars of “Le pleiadi” where Molino’s prog rock begins to take shape in earnest with fuzzy guitar, drum breaks, deep bass and the orchestra to strengthen the melody with an approach similar to Luis Bacalov for New Trolls (“Concerto Grosso”) and Rovescio della Medaglia (“Contamination"), but with spatial inspiration. “Finale titoli” offers symphonic rock with some lurking blues undertones. At it’s most cosmic, the eight-minute-long “Tempesta” blooms into a crescendo of guitars and electro-analog effects.

Easy storage, good holding power
This industrial pipe shelving system is a very nice way to add DIY storage to any room. The parts come well protected and are easy to assemble. They come with all the hardware one needs to install, though I used my own wall anchors because I like the ones I use and I know they work very well. I also decided in the end not to use the support legs because they would have had the shelves too low when mounted from the ceiling. Instead, I took those off and flipped the frames over so nothing would get in there, and I'll probably get nipples and caps from the hardware store to finish off the bottoms.
The frames are finished in black, and resemble old galvanized gas pipes. As previously mentioned, assembly is easy enough and they accommodate whatever width of shelf you want to put up, within a reasonable limit. I used 36" shelves because that's the space I had to work with. The fact that each flange has three screws, assuming this is installed correctly, it should be rock-solid. I know mine is. I installed this in our laundry room / craft room in order to get more storage space, because it is so very busy in there.
Given one could purchase the parts needed to build one of these for less, it's still a good value for the money because then after you buy those parts you have to clean and paint them, as well as prepare the boards. All I had to do was assemble these, and then prepare the boards, which made my life easier and the time saved was well worth the little extra. They also look fantastic with natural-colored oiled pine. I recommend these racks for their aesthetic, ascetic appearance, and their ability to hold a good amount of weight and storage, and not to mention if they're installed like mine, they will hold rolled leather hides like nobody's business.

Quick and easy - nice pipe kit.

Pair these with some shelving boards from your local big box store, and you're in business. These look nice, and are easy to assemble. I had them up and on the wall in about 90 minutes.

Sturdy, Be mindful if a few things in advance

Good quality. The black pipe compliments our decorating style so we are over all pleased.
Be mindful of the following:
- Needs a little bit of expertise in making sure all the flanges line up and are level/plumb.
- Even if/when you pre assemble tubing according to printed instructions, the shelving won't line up and some connection parts will have to be loosened to line up.
- I consider us (me & the hubs) little above average when it comes to DIY but this took some figuring out and cooperation during installation because we decided to align the holes on the flanges up with our studs to enforce the holding strength (for weight of books and family photo albums/picture boxes). This choice was prompted by the poor quality of plastic drywall anchors included with the product.
Now that I have installed one, I will customize next time with more height (to accommodate taller children's books that don't fit the current set up) and a bit deeper (to accommodate a 12 inch shelf/wood insert). Aesthetically, it will not accommodate a book taller than about 9 inches. Our photo albums range up to 15 inches and because the shelving depth from back wall to front of wood shelf is about 12 inches, it hangs over the front too much to look balanced.
With the current set up, I'm limited with what can be placed on the shelves - size wise. While this does not have anything to do with the quality of the product, you may not know to consider these aspects in advance so thats why I include it in my review.

A Solid, Stylish Solution!
