What is Essential Oil?
Essential oils are also known as volatile oils (which means they can easily evaporate), ethereal oils, aetheroleum, or simply as the oil of the plant from which they were extracted, such as oil of lavender. Essential oils do not feel oily; they are called "oils" because they contain the oil-soluble chemicals in the plant. An essential oil is essential in the sense that it contains the essence of the plant's fragrance—the characteristic fragrance of the plant from which it is derived.
Due to the volatility (evaporation) of essential oils, the fragrance of Flaxi bags will eventually dissipate. For this specific reason we introduced Flaxi Bag Refresher Mists to revive the natural fragrance of each type of heat bag once the fragrance has dissipated completely. -

Flaxi Lavender Mist provides a healing therapeutic aroma which amongst many other properties, aids in soothing nerves (anxiety), improving sleep (insomnia), stabilizing mood (depression) and relieving pain (analgesic). -
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Once the fragrance of your Flaxi bag starts to dissipate, lightly spritz it once on the front, once on the back and from approximately 30cm to revive the fragrance of the essential oils. Wait for 3-5 minutes to dry before use. -
WARNING: Avoid use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. Keep away from flames. If you have a serious medical condition and are unsure about the use of essential oil therapy, please discuss it with your doctor prior to use.
