This kegel exercise system consists of six progressively heavier and color coded medical-grade silicone weights. This is the only kegel exercise program to be used in physical therapy association training courses. Pelvic rehabilitation specialists have recommended these kegel weights with safe practice. When inserting the kegel weight, position your body in a way that is comfortable with one leg raised. Gently insert the weight as you would a tampon by grasping the end that has a cord attached and slide it in until the entire bulb is in the vagina with the cord remaining on the outside. Users are advised to use a water based lubricant if necessary.
