At first, I was not sure if the price was worth it but when I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product. It is solid and well made with a heavy base that makes pulling paper towels with one hand a breeze. The mandrel is thick and provides excellent rotational ability. Overall A+.
