卡羅 日式舒芙蕾粉-Souffle Premix ( Japanese Style )(2kg*包)
香醇濃郁，綿密鬆軟可口，簡單易做，適用於煎台或烤箱可淋上蜂蜜及水果鮮奶油，是餐廳人氣點心。
製作方法：
1.取三顆蛋黃(60g)加水 40g、沙拉油 15g、舒芙蕾粉 50g 拌勻備用。
2.取一乾淨缸盆，放入三顆蛋白(120g)、1g 塔塔粉(若無塔塔粉，可用檸檬汁取代)開始快速打發，分次加入 30g 砂糖打到接近乾性發泡即可。
3.取少許步驟 2 拌入步驟 1，再倒回步驟 2 拌勻，即可倒適量麵糊在預熱好(160℃)的煎台上，加蓋煎 2 分~3 分半鐘後翻面，再煎2~3 分半鐘即可。

CHECK COMPATIBILITY CHART FIRST - NOT ALL APPLE REMOTES ARE THE SAME ;-)
Nice unit. Adhesive is great, no drilling. Just make sure you have the remote that fits the unit however. The black Apple Remote does NOT fit. I noticed the compatibility chart when I saw it didn’t fit. Suggest putting this in the title. I didn’t even know there were more than one Apple Remote. Anyway, I have their other products and the are perfect. Thank you.
