This is a Black Gaiwan set, purely hand-made by Jingdezhen masters, who burned this set in kilns with temperatures as high as 1300 degrees Celsius. The colour black brings a sense of calmness and serenity with it, allowing you to focus on whatever you're doing at the moment.

Normally, for cliff tea, the recommended tea to water ratio is around 8g to 100-120ml. This set can hold around 60ml of water, allowing you to split each 8g packet into 2 sets of 4g while brewing, hence being more efficient with the usage of this extravagant tea

Note: The Gaiwan and the cup look very similar, with the former being taller and thicker. Also, when travelling, do remember to put a layer of cusioning, like bubble wrap, between the porcelain to prevent breakage. The Gaiwan in this set is larger than in the other two sets, you can put the cup inside the Gaiwan, then the cover upside-down on top of that when packing for travelling.
