Upgrade your PC with Kingston’s Fury Beast DDR5 memory kit, a purpose-built solution for gamers, streamers, and creators who demand fast, reliable memory that stays cool under pressure. This kit includes two 16GB modules (totaling 32GB) designed for dual-channel performance, delivering 5600 MT/s data transfer rates with CL40 latency. The striking white heat spreader not only adds a bold aesthetic to modern builds but also enhances thermal performance to help prevent throttling during intense gaming sessions or long rendering tasks. Built on the latest DDR5 architecture, Fury Beast delivers higher bandwidth, improved efficiency, and snappier responsiveness—so you can launch missions faster, load textures quicker, and multitask with ease. With XMP 3.0 support, enabling a safe, automatic overclock to 5600 MT/s is simple on compatible motherboards, giving you a seamless path to peak performance without complex tuning. Whether you’re upgrading from DDR4 or expanding an existing DDR5 rig, this Kingston Fury Beast kit is engineered for stability, longevity, and a premium, white-tinged aesthetic that complements a wide range of builds.

  • High-capacity performance for multitasking and gaming: The 32GB kit, split into two 16GB DIMMs, is tailored for modern titles and demanding workloads. With 2x16GB, you benefit from true dual-channel operation, which translates into improved memory bandwidth, crisper frame rates, and smoother multitasking. This setup is ideal for gamers who run resource-intensive titles alongside VOIP, streaming software, and background tasks, plus creators who edit high-resolution video or work with large image files. The extra headroom helps prevent stuttering during open-world explorations, large texture streaming, and complex scene rendering, ensuring your system remains responsive even when juggling multiple applications at once.
  • DDR5 at 5600 MT/s with CL40 for rapid data access: At 5600 MT/s with a CL40 latency, this Fury Beast kit delivers a strong balance of bandwidth and latency—critical for keeping the CPU fed with the data it needs to render frames and process tasks. DDR5’s architecture improves burst transfers and memory channel efficiency, enabling faster texture streaming, quicker level loads, and snappier multi-application performance. The CL40 timing is optimized to minimize delays, helping you experience smoother gaming exposure and faster content creation workflows. For creators, the higher bandwidth reduces bottlenecks when working with 4K timelines, high-resolution canvases, or large shader libraries, maintaining a fluid editing and review process.
  • Premium white Fury Beast heat spreader for cooling and aesthetics: The white heat spreader on Fury Beast modules is designed to dissipate heat effectively, preserving stability during sustained loads. Thermal performance matters when running fast DDR5 speeds, especially during long gaming sessions or extended rendering tasks. The white panel adds a clean, premium look to your build, whether you’re assembling a sleek white-themed rig or a high-visibility, hardware-centric showcase. The robust heatsink reduces the risk of thermal throttling, enabling more consistent clocks and reliable performance as you push your system toward its limits.
  • XMP 3.0 ready for quick, reliable overclocking: This memory kit is XMP 3.0 ready, offering an easy path to optimized performance. On compatible motherboards, simply enable XMP in the BIOS to automatically configure the modules for 5600 MT/s CL40. This eliminates the guesswork of manual tuning and ensures you get the advertised speed and timings with stability. If you’re an enthusiast who loves tinkering, you can fine-tune beyond XMP in safe margins, potentially squeezing a bit more bandwidth while maintaining system stability. Kingston tests the Fury Beast series across a broad range of hardware combinations to deliver dependable performance with minimal setup.
  • Instant compatibility and proven reliability you can trust: Kingston has a long-standing reputation for durable, high-quality memory that works across a wide spectrum of platforms. This DDR5 kit is designed for modern desktops and is compatible with many Intel and AMD systems that support DDR5 memory. The two-module kit ensures balanced power distribution and consistent performance, reducing the risk of incompatibility that can occur with mismatched modules. Kingston’s memory is built for durability, and it typically comes with a limited lifetime warranty, giving you confidence in your upgrade as your system evolves over the years.

how to install Kingston Fury Beast DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) kit

  • Power down your PC, unplug the power cord, and discharge any static electricity from your body before handling components.
  • Open your computer case and locate the memory slots on your motherboard. For best dual-channel performance, refer to your motherboard’s manual to identify the correct slots (often labeled as DIMM A2 and B2 or similar).
  • Align the notch on each DDR5 module with the slot and firmly press straight down until the latches click into place, ensuring both modules are fully seated.
  • Power on the system and enter the BIOS/UEFI. Navigate to the memory or overclocking section and enable the XMP profile (Profile 1 or Profile 2) to run the modules at 5600 MT/s CL40. If your board requires manual tuning, set the frequency to 5600 MT/s and set CL to 40; apply the settings and save.
  • Exit BIOS and boot into your operating system. If instability is detected, return to BIOS and select a lower frequency or longer timings, or run a memory stability test to verify reliability under load.
  • Optionally, run a memory stability test (e.g., MemTest86, Windows Memory Diagnostic) to confirm the modules are operating correctly at the configured speed and timings. Monitor temperatures during extended gaming sessions to ensure thermal headroom.

Frequently asked questions

  • Is this Kingston Fury Beast kit compatible with my motherboard? This DDR5-5600 CL40 kit is designed for DDR5-enabled motherboards. Before purchasing, verify that your motherboard supports DDR5 and the rated speed, and check the QVL (Qualified Vendors List) or official compatibility notes for your CPU/motherboard combination.
  • Do I need to enable XMP? Enabling XMP in the BIOS is the simplest way to achieve the advertised 5600 MT/s with CL40. Without XMP, memory will run at the motherboard’s standard DDR5 JEDEC speed, which is typically lower.
  • Is this memory dual-channel? Yes. The kit includes two identical 16GB modules designed to operate in dual-channel mode for maximum bandwidth and responsiveness.
  • What is the warranty? Kingston Fury memory products typically come with a limited lifetime warranty. Check your retailer’s policy and Kingston’s terms in your region for exact coverage details.
  • Can I mix this kit with other brands or speeds? For best stability and performance, pair this kit with identical modules (same capacity, speed, and timing) from Kingston or matching vendors. Mixing modules from different brands or speeds can lead to compatibility issues or reduced performance.
  • Does it have RGB lighting? No. The Fury Beast White kit features a non-RGB white heat spreader, chosen for clean aesthetics and solid thermal performance in white-themed builds.

Bit of a snore
Format: Kindle
Mordecai Tremaine is a retired tobacconist and an amateur detective. He is invited to spend Christmas with an acquaintance in a country manor house who specifically tempts Mordecai Tremaine by hinting at a threat. This story has a period feel to it with servants, snow, secrets, and murder. The pacing is laborious. I hoped that the pace would improve when a murdered person in a Father Christmas suit is found on the floor in front of the Christmas tree. Alas, it was not to be. The character list is very long, and the characters are not well developed. This is the first book in a series featuring Mordecai Tremaine (who is only referred to by last and first names). I have a soft spot for British mysteries, including period British mysteries like those by Ngaio Marsh. While the mystery has its twists and turns as Mordecai Tremaine investigates to assist the police, it never quite clicked for me. I am not likely to read any of the other books in the series.

Enjoyable Classic mystery
Format: Kindle
I am an avid fan of vintage mysteries, and “English country house” mysteries are among my very favorites in that genre. I enjoyed this one very much and was pleased to see that there were two others available and a couple more being published. This book was my idea of a terrific cozy type mystery, and I enjoyed it very much. The Christmas setting added to its appeal. Mordecai Tremayne, the detective in this story is just eccentric enough to be interesting without being stereotyped. He observes people, and makes deductions based on these observations, along with his knowledge of human nature. In retrospect, he is almost a bit like male version of Miss Marple, although this did not strike me as a I read the book. This was a fun book to while away a few hours, and I look forward to reading others in this series. Highly recommended for fans of vintage mysteries, and cozies.

Leaves You Wanting More
I read about this novel right after Christmas, but I decided to order it anyway. It was not supposed to arrive until some time in February, so I was pleasantly surprised when I received it within a few days of my order. With the snow finally falling in the Chicago area, I knew this would be a good time to read this book. The book begins with a summary of the case with somewhat overwrought language. However, as it moves on to the characters, it becomes more successful. It is important to remember that the novel was written in the 1940s, which means that we have a world that is slower paced than the 21st century. Of course we are looking at a wealthier segment of society in rural England, but this pace allows us to study the scenery and the characters more carefully. This is a world with a mansion that can house a number of guests for Christmas with these guests being able to stay over a few days with a pleasant host. The characters are mostly forgettable with the major exception of Mordecai Tremaine as the amateur detective who helps solve the case. He is a character who is unforgettable. The ending is well plotted, and it leaves the taste of a delicious Christmas dinner in the mouth of the reader. The author, Francis Duncan, wrote in the 1930s and 1940s, and this is the first book of his to be republished. I can only hope that other books by this author will be republished as well and republished soon or at least in time for me to read them by next Christmas. Without knowing anything about his other books, it would be nice to think that I could have other seasonal stories waiting for me in the future. The ending still remains in my mind, even several weeks after I have read the book. It would be delicious to meet Mordecai Tremaine again.

I read it and LOVE it!!
Format: Paperback
I actually read this book for December 2021 and it was the perfect murder mystery book that takes place during the wintertime! If you like the style of writing from Sherlock Holmes or Agatha Christie then you will love this book! Also, you don't have to worry about reading certain books before this one because the series has its own separate story for each book! I loved the story so much that I immediate order another book from the series!!

Not as good as "Murder has a motive"
Format: Kindle
Actually, if one looks at the original copyrights of this book and "Murder has a motive" , it is clear this is the second book, not the first. In addition, the notoriety Mordecai Tremaine gained from the Dalmering case is mentioned in the text of this book. This book moves much more slowly than " Murder has a motive" and the secrets of the suspects are harder to figure out. I did notice the murderer's slip up during the murder discovery scene. The book ends abruptly and another character who is a psychopath apparently is going to get away without punishment of his despicable behavior that has been going on for a very long time. The plot is original in nature which is a plus. Because of the plot slowness (I trudged onward to the end) and the lack of justice for the psychopathic character, I had to remove a star for each.
