The fabricated steel radius arm drop brackets and heavy-duty fabricated steel front track bar relocation bracket keeps the front differential positioned properly under the truck. The ReadyLift 49-2750 5" Lift Kit With Bilstein Shocks includes everything you need for installation including sway bar drop brackets, brake line extension brackets, bump stop extensions, OEM-style drop pitman arm, and a steering stabilizer to not only ensure the steering geometry stays correct, but that the truck retains superior handling characteristics with up to 37” tires.
