Le uve di negroamaro fermentano per circa due settimane a temperatura controllata in acciaio, dove poi rimangono a riposare per circa 3 mesi prima di venire commercializzate. Viva la Puglia!
Ottimo per tutte le occasioni, dallaperitivo a pranzi e cene; si sposa perfettamente con piatti a base di pesce e salumi poco stagionati. Da provare con una sfiziosa tartare di gamberi rossi.
