Appena arrivano in cantina, i grappoli di pinot bianco sono selezionati sui banchi di cernita, per poi essere diraspati e pressati. La vinificazione avviene a temperatura controllata e il

Giallo paglierino luminoso alla vista. Al naso gli iniziali sentori di fiori bianchi lasciano spazio a note fruttate e a sfumature agrumate. Il palato corrisponde all’olfattiva ed è caratterizzato dal ricordo di albicocca. Fragrante il sorso e ottima la lunghezza.

Appena arrivano in cantina, i grappoli di pinot bianco sono selezionati sui banchi di cernita, per poi essere diraspati e pressati. La vinificazione avviene a temperatura controllata e il successivo invecchiamento è svolto in acciaio per quattro mesi. Semplici le regole ma eccellente il risultato, che prende il nome di Friuli Colli Orientali Pinot Bianco DOC, etichettato Bastianich. È un Pinot Bianco tanto facile nell’approccio tanto versatile negli accostamenti gastronomici. È uno di quei bianchi da tenere sempre di scorta in cantina.

Ottimo con i crostacei, è perfetto insieme con i gamberoni al vapore.
